Important: PRIVACY POLICY - DTS Inc does not collect any personally identifyable information from you, and we will never sell or give away any of your data to any 3rd party. Any and all of your account data can be removed at your request, by contacting us at Admin@DiscoveryTracking.com We do not retain any raw GPS records in our database for more than 90 days and we do not share this data with anyone!

Are the devices easy to install?

Yes! The OBD II tracker requires no wiring. Just plug it in, and it works. The other models do involve some wiring, or you can connect them to the cigarette lighter, fuse box, or even discretely under the hood. Connecting to the fuse box usually takes less than 30 minutes total because it is only 2 or 3 wires. Our technicians can walk you through the process over the phone in a few minutes.

How does the software work?

The tracking program is web-based, so all you need is a browser. Go to the web site and log in with the ID provided in your welcome email. It is no different than logging on to your bank account or other secure web site. We also include a free app for Android or Apple tablets and phones.

What type of mapping software is used?

We currently use Microsoft Bing Maps, which includes live traffic, weather and aerial views.

Do you have phone apps available?

In additional to our full-featured Web Application, we offer free apps for Android and Apple iPhones and Tablets.

Do you farm out your tech support to overseas workers?

We are 100% based in the USA, and our tech support experts all speak the Texas variant of English. We respond to to tech support issues with real answers, and usually correct problems before our customers even notice.

Do you ever give away or sell customer data?

Never. Unlike our competition, we have never sold or traded or shared customer data with ANY third party. Never have, never will.

Can I buy your products cheaper on Amazon or eBay?

We do not sell on Amazon, although we do occassional advertise there and also on eBay. You can only buy our products directly through us. Unlike some competitors, we program our devices in-house, and our servers are managed by TraksUS employees. We control our services so that if anything goes wrong, we can fix it Right Now! We have the best up-time rating in this industry.
